Welcome, Teams & Safety

The Nerf Commander welcomes the players, forms teams, distributes equipment and explains the arena rules.

Nerf Battle Session

Players compete in 2–3 supervised missions using foam-dart blasters and inflatable barricades.

Food & Party Table

After the battle, guests move to the reserved party table for catered food or their self-catered meal.

Birthday Cake

Once the group has finished eating, the table is cleared for birthday cake and celebrations.

Party Finish

The party concludes after the food and cake session. Players do not return to the battle arena afterwards.

Battle Safety

• Suitable for ages 6–16.
• Parental consent is required for each participant.
• Safety glasses must remain on during the Nerf activity.
• Players must follow the Nerf Commander’s instructions and arena boundaries.
• Only approved venue equipment may be used unless arranged in advance.

Booking Essentials

• $100 deposit required to secure the date and time.
• $40 of the deposit is the non-refundable booking fee once confirmed.
• Date or time changes are subject to availability and current booking conditions.
• Final guest numbers, food selections and dietary needs must be confirmed before the event.
